Bee for ID please
These light coloured bees keep catching my eye as they look almost silver in the sun. Could anyone ID them for me please.

sun-bleaching is absolutely the norm with bees. It can cause an immense amount of confusion if you rely purely on colour for identification. We should be grateful that the same does not happen with birds!
