It's a female halictine bee, and it is one of the Lasioglossum morio group, characterised by blue-green metallic reflections on the head and thorax. Judging by the dull area between the fore- and mid-legs (below the wing insertions), I would think that L. morio itself is perhaps the most likely candidate.
