Tenthredo sp?
Taken today, I am thinking that this is a Tenthredo sp of sawfly, I even seem to remember seeing a picture of this species somewhere.



Can anyone help please?

Looks like a Cryptinae Ichneumon to me.

It also reminds me where I have seen a picture of something similar- in Chinery.
