| | | A couple for ID please There is plenty of activity on the Thistle tops now. I tried taking a few pics this morning but it was a bit too windy.
I did keep a few shots though, so can you please tell me, Is this a common or brown banded Carder bee?
What is the insect to the right of the Cinnabar moth?

The moth in your second photo is a Six-spot Burnet not a Cinnabar (only red spots on the wings, no red bar along the leading edge).
All of the other insects are bees but I'll leave specific identification to someone else!
