How many eggs do dragonfly lay

Hi,i have had 5 southern hawkers emerge from my tiny garden pond in the last week.I was wondering how many eggs they lay and how many more can i expect to hatch out.I thought they would only lay a few eggs in water the size of my tiny pond.Im not complaining ,but wondered how many i can expect to hatch out.My pond is about 4ft x 3ft.

Really don't know the answer to this as I think it is related to the adult female's intake of nutrition. Well feed- good amount, underfed- poor. Lets hope your original female was in good condition.
