7-spot Ladybirds emergence.

Hi all

I took some pics of some of the seven 7-spots which had jsust emerged yesterday, some not quite, and the pupa a few days ago.

10 pics, including one which had obviously emerged from somewhere else and has been fattening on aphids in the last couple of days. I saw a mating pair too!

I use a Nikon D40X, really need and upgrade but that means doing that horrible job of selling heaps of stuff on ebay.

The lens I did buy from selling heaps of stuff on ebay, the Nikkor 105mm VR micro and a Nikkor 2x teleconverter. Got in just before the huge rises in price, or in the nick of time.
