The female looks more like a Four-spotted Chaser to me but it might be my new varifocals |

I found taking pics of birds coming to or leaving a peanut silo worked well at 1,250 second but I was using a cheaper Nikon lens 55-200mm VR, which was good for some things as it was compatible with the movement when using the central area for metering and focus.
