Three insects for ID please

Have tried to find out what these are, but so far with no result. I wasnt even sure what the spider-like one was. Please WAB experts help

1 looks like a froghopper, maybe Issus species. Not a clue on the others, Sorry

Your first fly looks like it's been 'attacked' by an Entomophthora fungus.

Yep, the second is possibly a Root-maggot Fly Anthomyiidae species attacked and killed by a fungus and your third is likely a non-biting midge, a Chironomidae sp.

Thank you all for that. I did think non-biting midge from what I found but wasnt certain. I didnt know about the fungal disease attacking flies, but have looked up some sites and think the ones I saw were in the early stages. I'm also looking at hoppers.
