Clown Faced Psyllid For ID

Hi Everyone,
This is probably the best looking Psyllid i've photographed, it seems to have a blue face, the closest match i've got so far is Psyllopsis discrepans but no blue face.
Found on Lupin.

Hi Gray,
I'm just trying to sort out the Psyllopsis species at the moment, but this seems to be fraxini (or possibly distinguendus, if that is a valid species). It's not discrepans, though - I've recently found out that's rather different, and will be changing that page on BB shortly!

Thanks for your help with this one Joe, although we havn't come to a definite conclusion, it's still given me options what i will say, though i can't give an accurate size of this psyllid, it did seem larger than most i've seen.
