| | | newcomer seeks id help I found this remarkable website googling for images of grasshoppers - I've been here for hours looking at the photo's - looks like i'll have to pull my finger out to get into the Gallery.
Anyway I still can't be positive about the grasshopper or cricket I photographed, maybe someone here can help - are you happy to have this forum used as a lazy mans id guide?
If there no reply i'll assume you do!

I'd say that that is a Common Field Grasshopper Chorthippus brunneus, hopefully someone else will be able to confirm it. |
