Taken on 21st May on Forsythia 'Fiesta'. Approx. 3.5mm long. I had thought it could be Altica oleracea for various reasons, but this has smooth elytra where A. oleracea appears to be punctuated.
I guess this one may be difficult but I am hopeful!
