Hi! 
This one was on the water barrel, only got one good shot. Approx. 3mm long, the bottom of the wings were not as dark as shown but they seemed to curve downwards.
Nearby Symphytum, rough grass and wildflowers. Taken on 25th May.
The antennae look like Chrysomelidae to me, that's as far as I can get! Any clues anyone?

Anaspis sp I wouldnt like to take it further. As a suggestion Anaspis maculata perhaps. |

I found a site I recently put in my Favourites, quite good for comparing. I would have done better if I had referred to it but you know how it is with Favourites!
