Issus coleoptratus?


I would like to know if the above is an adult Issus coleoptratus. If so is it usual to have both adults and nymphs around at the same time as I took the picture of a nymph (below) the other day. Can anyone confirm the adult please?please.

Yes it is, it is adult from June so that is close.
