| | | Possible Flower Bug sp. for ID Yet another specimen from those S. Devon woods; and several more in the pipe line!
Decent size, say 10mm, and looks superfically like a Flower Bug (Anthocoris nemorum) but not exactly correct.
Can't see any rostrum so I'm having problems trying to get an ID key.
Any ideas to save me from hours of haphazard searching? |

| | | Re: Possible Flower Bug sp. for ID I rescued two of these two days ago, one from a spiders web and the other I found on my return in a bowl of water! Miridae Harpocera thoracica male, yesterday I had the female which looks quite different.

| | | Re: Possible Flower Bug sp. for ID Thanks. So I was on the correct track; but it would have taken me ages to actually discover the species. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
