Two weevils and a bug.
Hi

these were all found on nettles today,

the first I believe to be Phyllobius pomaceus



and the second very small ~2mm Nedyus quadrimaculatus ?



Finally, can anyone help with this bug, ~5mm long,

. . . and I agree with Phyllobius pomaceus, although I frequently get confused with beetles!

I am seeing them regularly now but finding them difficult to photograph and retain the shine. Under flash, they totally change colour.

bug is Lygus a tricky genus - most likely L. rugulipennis

Glad I stumbled on this thread. Just this weekend I encountered the first two species, and now I have my Id's. Good work guys!
