It is Scathophagidae but not the Yellow Dung Fly Scathophaga stercoraria, that has black antennae. I can't say which it is, some are very similar!

Yep, as Janet said a Scathophagidae, but not S. stercoraria. Do you have a dorsal? |

Most likely a female Scathophaga furcata. |
