| | | Help Identify please Hi,Whilst mooching around in the garden today i lifted up a floorboard I leave propped up to see if any frogs or newts hard arrived yet.Not a great deal there,a few slugs,few woodlouse,centipedes,and this tiny critter.Was about 3mm long and moved in the same way as a spider,any help please |

Its most likely one of the globular springtails, but I wouldnt dare have a guess a the the species

yes, it is a globular sprintail (and a very good photo of one!)
maybe (i don't know much about collembola) from Dicyrtomina? Possibly Dicyrtomina ornata?
what camera and lens are you using, out of interest?
