| | [ID] Springtail and a Fly from today... Evening all
Two species for ID if I may, please!! 5/2/09 Collembola A juvenile globular sp.? c2mm 5/2/09 Diptera c3mm long, in the garden on a shed... almost reminds me of a snake fly in appearance!
Elsewhere, I saw my first Sminthurinus reticulatus springtail. Anyone know that much about them, distribution, etc.?
Thanks!!
Take care,
Jason |

| | | Re: [ID] Springtail and a Fly from today... Naturally, none taken!
As I said, this is my first sighting of a bark fly. The weather's set to be good on Saturday so I'll see if there are any more types... thanks for helping! | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
