But what is it doing? I noticed early last month (before the rainy season began) that many of the insects that I photographed were sucking up drops of water rather than feeding (on nectar, aphids or whatever) but this fluid looks murky - is it extruding digestive juices? I'm totally ignorant about how adult lacewings feed - need to llok it up! Quote: |
