I agree with #1 Meliscaeva auricollis
#2 couldn't say, there's a little white striping on the abdomen, a guess at Colletes sp. but probably wrong!
#3 Bombus pratorum, probably a queen.
#4 Bombus terrestris, the bands are dark coloured although faded, and I can see a thin brown line above the tail. B. lucorum doesn't have that.
#5 I think all male B. pratorum, they have yellow on the face and can be very shaggy. They also can have a broken yellow band on the abdomen.
