I must try and get there, although I hope the weather picks up a bit (currently it is awful for Odonata activity), and I am also volunteering for a couple of working parties over that weekend.
Recently, I went on a dragonfly walk with a couple from the Dragonfly Project and it was superb. We did the pond dipping as well and came up with a few larvae and exuviae. It sounds as though the Dragonfly Safaris at Wicken are much the same, although I would expect to see a lot more species.
Also, having experts on hand to answer all those Odonata questions, is most satisfying!
