I should imagine it's some sort of Capsid Bug, but I can't find one with these markings in my books ....
If it's any help, I think the lighting has confused things somewhat .... on the pic it seems to have a bluish tinge to it, but at the time I don't remember this - it seemed much more like a white to pale brown colouration. Even so, I would have thought there was enough there for an ID - how about those two black spots at each end of the ... wait a sec - just what IS that bit called behind the head in these things? |
