| | | Please Identify This Biting Insect I suffered a severe allergic reaction in Northern France and again in the UK recently as a result of a bite from the beastie at http://www.research.flyer.co.uk/ouch.JPG
I would love to discover exactly what it is if possible, i think a form of horse fly ?

Your fly could be a Cleg-fly - Haematopota pluvialis
They are right little biters!! |
