| | | Peacock Here's my final photo from my excellent butterfly spotting/photographing week.
I got a few open winged photos of the Peacocks but thought this closed winged photo had a really cool silhouette quality to it.Peacocks must have the plainest darkest wings when closed of nearly any other butterfly i know of.
I really like this & i hope you do to.

| Cheers watt4ley,as soon as i saw that some Peacocks were going down onto the ground i wanted to get a photo like this showing it almost silhouette.

| Yep jdoherty it's been an excellent week for butterfly photography for me.I'm off to try to photograph some orchids & helleborines(if i can find them)next week.So i hope i'm as lucky with them as i've been with the butterflies.
