looks like Emerald damselfly to me.
The pterostigma looks a bit orangey though.

| | | Re: Damselfly ID Required That is what I thought as I had photographed another that day at the same location. What threw me is the blue "fur/fluff" that is covering part of the body. Any ideas what it is?
The orange tone may be due to me setting my cameras white balance to cloudy even though it was a bright sunny day. Doing this tends to warm the picture but can sometimes lead to a red or orange tint

| | | Re: Damselfly ID Required The blue fluff is a waxy covering exuded by some dragonflies. It's known as pruinescence. As well as the emeralds it's also found on skimmers and chasers in the uk. There is no concensus as to why they do this - it might be protective or simply for display. |

I've just had a look at one of my pics and the males back is covered in tiny hairs, yours looks the same.
