What you have there is an Opilione by the name Dicranopalpus ramosus.

I'm pretty sure it's a female too as the male is smaller in the body and has a very distinctive dark "mask" around the eyes that has given it the nickname "Zorro". There are pics of both male and female in our Gallery.

Yes Bruce - it's a female 
The "Zorro mask" is not a 100% character though - this male doesn't really have a Zorro mask but it's more of a "Darth Vader"  
Males and Females are easiest separated by their general appearance/colour and by the shape of the apophyses on the patella of the pedipalp (the "fork") as explained is this image:
