Small and very small parasitoid wasps

Two recent wasp captures that I photoshopped and scaled into one picture to show the size differnces. The larger wasp is 3.0mm body length, the smaller one 0.61mm body length- both taken on my car roof (a favourite hunting ground for these).

They both look like Braconid wasps, the smaller is possibly one of the Monoctonus species. Although they are hard to ID.

The small one looks like a chalcidoid maybe a pteromalid.
