Caddisfly - ID help needed
I think, from its size (c.2cm long) that it must be one of the large cased-caddisflies (Limnephilidae). Does anyone here know much about this group who could confirm this?

Micropterna sequax looks a good fit and it is a member of the Limnephilidae.
