Quite small, somewhere around the 10mm length (or double that if you include those lovely long antennae).

| | | Re: Wasp or Sawfly? My first thought was Sawfly as it does look a bit like one of the Athalia or similar sawflies. But after seeing that ovipositor, an ichneumon looks more likely.
It isn't in my basic book and if Oxycera can't instantly name it, I think you will have to go on a Google of ichneumons to get an exact match. |
