Hi everyone - can anyone identify this hairy bumble bee, photographed at Ironbridge, Shropshire in June this year ...

Is it the yellow hairs on the face? Could be a male pratorum, you know ... genius, Gill, just genius ...

Its a male B. pratorum. The males of this species are among the earliest of all male bumbles to be on the wing
