Anyone seen glow-worms yet?

As the title says, anyone been out looking for glow-worms yet? There's a site local to me which I'll be having a look at in the next week or so.

I've not seen them in the wild myself, but as I recal the first record on Robin Scagell's glow-worm pages was June 16th.

However, a captive larva became adult about two weeks ago, and was released last week in the same place she was found, glowing happily (at least at night). If I find the time I'll upload her picture!

I saw about 20 the other night whilst out watching Nightjars in a local Kent wood. Also seen a number of Glow Worm Larva on my patch. I have a picture of one of the beasties on my blog if you are interested.
