I have found these horrible little bugs in my bedroom and am freaked out, i thought they were bed bugs but any info i have found doesnt resemble them. I hasten to add that i am "very clean" in my home. i have found them after tearing my bedroom apart in the cracks in furniture, on the carpet , in drawers and even on my bed. I slept on the sofa last night as i am so freaked out. my garden is directly off bedroom via patio doors. I have posted pics on Gallery, archive, unidentified insects , images 0512 and 0514 . any help to identify them and advice on getting rid would be very much appreciated.

Looks like the larva of the carpet beetle. Try a search on the forum, I'm sure there will be plenty of info that may help.

anyone know how to get rid of these if they are carpet larvae, need to eradicate these things before i will sleep in my bed again lol  |

thank you everyone for help and advice. just found small black bug with white markings. although not that big maybe adult carpet bug.
also how come they were on my bed if they are "carpet bugs".
just got to try and get rid of them now
