| | Where do Bees and Wasps go when it's wet ? Bees and Wasps are frequent visitors to our garden in the Summer months. During the last few days though it's been raining very hard and I haven't seen any. Would Honey Bees stay with the colony ? What about food ? Where do the big Bumblebees go ?

| | | Re: Where do Bees and Wasps go when it's wet ? Thanks for reply. I guess it makes sense that they go somewhere drier and warmer. If they sort of shut down then maybe they don't worry about food at that time.

| | | Re: Where do Bees and Wasps go when it's wet ? They sometimes get caught out in the rain... as this B. pascuorum (common carder bee) would probably admit. I only took the photo the other day... just after a night of rain. Or maybe he/she was just having a bad hair day?
