It's a Tortrix if that helps, although I'm not good on this family;but they are common here (South East Kent). One day when I get some time .............

It looks like a very worn specimen - this could hamper any realistic attempt at an id. |

It's Celypha lacunana - a Tortrix found generally along woodland edges and rides and the like.
