Fly/Insect ID please
Can anyone help with an ID for this please? I've seen something like this before, but can't think what it is. Saw it in my garden:

Side on view:


View from above, showing the 'tail' (I know I'm going to get it in the neck for calling it a tail )

It's a Mayfly of some sort.
