Blue-tailed Damselfly- Ischnura elegans.

Fly...Dung Fly of some sort.

The fly is a female Helina (Muscidae). There are several species with pale legs and yellowish-grey thorax and abdomen and specific identification relies on the number and relative lengths of bristles.
