[ID] Horse Fly
I found this little, about 10mms, Horse Fly perched on a park bench, waiting for victims i think ...

Hi

I can't see any orange on the antennae so I'll go for the Black Horned Cleg - Haematopota crassicornis , and it's a male so your safe
