This is a picture of a very active fly/bug that I saw earlier today - there were loads of them darting about.
I don't think I've ever seen anything like it before. |

| | | Re: What is this green bug? Yes, green tiger beetle, a ferocious predator with a fascinating larva that is also quite a bug nibbler. I only see them on the Moors (N Yorks) but they always give a bit of a thrill when you see one. |
