| | | Re: Mayfly ID I wouldn't claim to be good at mayflies  but assuming this is reasonably large it looks like Ephemera danica, probably a sub-imago (i.e. it has one more moult to go before beoming fully adult).

If it's any help , the vein M2 of the forewing bends sharply backwards at the base, I checked it out and it looks like it does ,
