Bee flies
I would like to upload my bee fly in this post and cannot remember how to do it can anyone help please?

Hi Spoonbillcourt - it quite easy really but seems daunting at first. Here is the link and you can chose which catagory suits your needs.
If you are uploading to the main galleries your image will be moderated before it appears.
If it is to go into a post you can post into the archive then copy and paste the image code into your post - check preview to make sure all is well.
