| | | Re: [ID] Cranefly For the first (larger) cranefly, it does look rather like Tipula scripta, but I think it looks even more like the similar (but slightly smaller) Tipula rufina - the dark stripe along the side of the thorax is characteristic, the antennae are the right colour (on my specimens of scripta the first half-dozen segments are yellow), and the flight period matches (it's still a little early for scripta to be flying, although I'm sure there are the occasional early ones seen).
Having said that, there are similar species closely related to T. rufina, but given the time of year and the markings I'd say T. rufina is the most likely.
The second small cranefly with hairy wings looks like a species of Molophilus, but these need microscopic examination to identify to species.
