On my programme for this year, but as of yet I don't know nothing ... here's some links though: Gebruiker:P4b/FnF/Psylloidea - Wikipedia

| | | Re: Anyone any good with Psyllids? Most likely Cacopsylla melanoneura - it's a very common species, and everything I can see matches, but it's hard to be absolutely sure from just this.
I'm trying to get my head around psyllids at the moment, and the only useful refs I've got are Hodkinson & White's RES Handbook, and a Scandinavian one (Ossiannilsson's Psylloidea of Fennoscandia and Denmark) which is far superior. I've barely started, but already I reckon I've got three species that aren't on the UK list, so this is probably going to be a challenge. |

| | | Re: Anyone any good with Psyllids? Hi,
I found a site for a National Recording scheme of Psocoptera recently, there is a key but fairly basic as well as an image Gallery with quite a few pics. HTML Code: http://www.brc.ac.uk/schemes/barkfly/homepage.htm
Hope this helps!

| | | Re: Anyone any good with Psyllids? Hi Janet,
That certainly is a great website .... for Psocoptera (Barkfly)
Psylloidea (jumping plant lice) look somewhat alike, but are very different animals. A good website for those would be psyllids.org or British Bugs. Arp |

| | | Re: Anyone any good with Psyllids? Hi Pudding!
But if you follow the key through to those with long wings Psyllid is there! Probably as a comparison! It still could be very useful, guess I should have checked out where it belonged though.
That psyllids.org site looks good too! I have used the British bugs site, good one.
Cheers! Janet |

| | | Re: Anyone any good with Psyllids? Thanks for the pointers, folks - and I agree, the barkfly page is excellent. I can't comment much on British Bugs; it's hard to learn much from it, though, 'cos I'm writing it...
Cheers,
