Beetle found at home - any idea what it is?

I've seen the treated compost available on the web and i'll probably go down that route and re-pot - not keen on nemowhatsits - microbiological warfare not my thing!
Found a grub in my Money Plant's soil so I dealt with it in the old-fashioned way - the trusty size 9, but it sounds as if i may have sore feet in a few week's time when the weevils really get going in my garden!

Chances are very high that if you found one grub there will be more. Best advice I can give is wash all the old compost off before re potting. Also check the larger roots for holes as they will tunnel along the root.
