| | | unidentified fright
Good evening all,
I was on one of my walks today, Whilst resting on a bench, I felt something up inside my trouser leg. Strange i thought its not the usual midge, flee etc. When raising my trousers this popped out;
We then played chase around my boot for five minutes. I didnt want to put my foot down, It seemed to like the underside of my boot.
and five minutes later, I had this trying to climb inside my trouser leg;
(sorry little blurred) my lucky day or what??
curiosity what are they??

| | | Re: unidentified fright Sure, the first is a harvester (Opiliones) which I'm sure a specialist could identify. The second looks like a cricket nymph - maybe, perhaps ..... ???? |

Thanks though cazzie | Well, whatever tickles your fancy! You should be honoured that they dared venture up your trouser leg in the first place - and survived the experience!
Does look a bit like a cricket nymph, the 2nd one... |

So are we agreed then;
first one is Harvester/Harvestman
second an Aphid.
Cheers
