I think this is a male Common Darter. The body doesn't look waisted enough for a Ruddy, nor is the tip clubbed. Also the black markings on the last two segments look too faint for a Ruddy. The thorax on the Ruddy is usually unmarked, here I can just see the yellow markings that again points to a Common Darter.
Sounds good, but I could easily be wrong!
