I know its not a social wasp. but apart from that i dont have a clue. Iv got a headshot if its needed but will need uploading. sorry about the picture quality.

Its a tiny crabronid wasp. I would suggest one of the Crossocerus or possibly even Passaloecus species.

Impossible to be certain - microscopic scrutiny required!
