Ladybird ID?
I thought this might be a Harlequin, but it seemed too small ... am I right in saying that ladybirds don't grow any bigger once they've emerged from the pupa?

Ladybirds don't grow any more once they have emerged. I'm fairly certain that this is a 10 spot. I don't recall seeing any harlequins with a spot near the edge of the pronotum.
