| | | Dragonfly ID Help, please. This might be a Scarce Chaser in one of its manifestations but my track record on these beasts is terrible despite my guides.

It looks like a scarce chaser, check out the black triangle area on the lower wings next to the body, i dont think this appears on black tailed and keeled skimmers, only on four spot chaser. |
