Some unknown Snipe flies (Empids)
Found a male empid wrapping up a gift for their partner so that they're not a snack themselves. Not being gifted in the Empid id stakes can anyone help with this and some other Empid id's ?

The first is Hybos culiciformis.
The second is Empis tessellata.
I will have a think about the third but definitely an Empis.
