Junior needs my trap - can you help move it?

Hi guys/gals.
we have a very young man in Stirchley (Telford) who is getting interested in moths. see this thread:

I have an unused wooden Skinner type trap that he can have, but as it weighs several Kilo's posting is not really an option. I wonder if it possible for WAB members to form a "transport chain" to get it to him?

It needs to go From Melton Mowbray to Telford; so can anybody help form a link? (I can do upto about 20 miles to start it off, or if I get see Boddie in the next couple of weeks or so we can get it over half way there to his "manor" near "Sutton Park"

please advise if you can assist

if you give it to one of the porkpie boys who is going to minsmere that would get it as far as the boddie man - and there must be someone who can manage from sutton to telford.

btw well done for making the offer oscar - you're a good un.... never mind what thoseother folk say about you

Seems like a good idea, If Boddie is OK with that?

I will be going to Anglesey hopefully in the next two weeks and Telford isn't that far off route.

maybe one of the crew could get it from steve at minsmere and drop it off to john on their way home
or

alternatively i've got to go to chester fairly soon so i could pick it up from steve at minsmere then drop it into telford on my way past

Ok folks I think this will work best without anyone going out of their way (except eeyore of course) Maybe you can pm Jordanno the date when you are able to drop it off for him.

will do - but i'll wait til ive picked it up from steve at minsmere - my excursion to chester is a movable feast but it will probably be either 26th or 27th of july.
